About our case study form

Thank you for taking the time to complete this short project case study form. With your help we can build a Knowledge Centre for people planning projects to tackle digital exclusion, improve online safety, and develop and apply innovative ways of using the internet to achieve our charitable objectives. Our intention is to unlock a wealth of ideas and experience to help to improve project design, make networking easier, and ultimately use resources more effectively for the benefit of people throughout the UK and internationally.

Once you have completed and submitted your form, we will check it (to prevent people from sending promotional materials), then publish it. We may contact you if we have any questions, and we reserve the right to refuse publication. If you sign up to the RSS feed you will be notified when a new project evaluation form is published, and we will regularly tweet about new submissions.
